Conversion and fit-out for a private equity firm

in the Fünf Höfe Munich

Central Space

At the heart of the office, a central gathering space brings the team together – a welcoming lounge area and informal meeting point. The directional parquet flooring guides the way to a large central table, emphasizing the room’s open and communicative character.

space gain

The removal of suspended ceilings results in a noticeably increased sense of space.
Dissolving the former cellular structure has created a new spatial layout, with open work areas along the façade and freestanding volumes of wood and glass placed within the central zone of the building.

lighting concept

In close collaboration with lighting designer Bernd König and the interior architects from Landau + Kindelbacher, light and space were carefully orchestrated to create an atmosphere that balances function and design.
