The Greek island of Samos lies just a few kilometers across the Aegean coast from Turkey. In the village of Chora, the Schwarz Foundation has acquired a number of houses that are to be rededicated to the accommodation of music fellows within the framework of an artists residency. In a preparatory study, the basics for the conception of the residency were worked out.
