The connection of the garden with the central main space of the structure and the former guest room was restored. For this purpose, the annex was reduced in its footprint and the internal staircase was turned back into an external staircase

In the former sanitary tract of the restaurant, two children's rooms and a bathroom were newly developed. The volume of the rooms was expanded by the attic space.
