For our research and development project ZUKUNFT SIELDUNG, we are looking for a suitable property from 2025 in a wider region around Munich, in Upper Bavaria, Lower Bavaria or Swabia. We are planning and implementing a cost-efficient, future-oriented residential development made of prefabricated wooden typical houses. The settlement system is suitable for classic or special forms of housing, such as assisted living or multi-generational houses. Small commercial uses or community facilities are also possible. All houses and units will be designed to be completely barrier-free. The system offers a novel combination of social, ecological and economically sustainable use.
